Do you see that brown “streak” between the shutter and our bedroom window?
That is about three feet of snakeskin, hanging from a second story window frame. That does not include whatever part is still under/inside frame – probably another foot or so.
Mind you, this is our bedroom window! Not a comforting thought. It would probably be a good idea to take down the curtains and see what’s on the inside, but I’m not gonna do it!
It is probably the same snake – or a relative – that was in the attic in April two years ago. Nothing to see here, folks. Just move along.

Well, if he is inside, you won’t have to worry about the furry pests. However, good luck in the sleep department.
I did pull the curtains in the bedroom and found a largish wasp nest outside the window. Prefer the snake, frankly.
Yikes!! I logically know not to be scared of snakes but man they creep me out!
