I’ve gotten Blazer’s pain meds from Chewy.com for about a year, and I called on Monday to tell them to discontinue the automatic shipment because the poor pup had died. Tuesday afternoon, I received a lovely floral arrangement from them, with a card expressing their sympathy over his death.
How many other companies would do such a thing?
I do regular business with Chewy.com. Always great service–I don’t know how they do it with what must be tons of orders. Sorry to hear about Blazer.
I am so, so sorry for your loss. So, so sorry…..We feel a special bond with our pets and the Princess and I feel for your loss. You, indeed, should feel very special about the floral arrangement. We do business with Chewy’s, as well, and have never received even so much as a card from them when we’ve lost our little ones. Very touched that they did that for you. That was very special, indeed.
