You’d think a person who has been cooking as long as I have would realize that a recipe that ca
lls for an entire 8 ounce box of orzo and three 32 ounce cartons of broth is going to make one heck of a lot of soup. I could float a rowboat in that pot!
Fortunately, The Squire likes it, ‘coz we’re going to be eating it for quite some time.
